It was a late night in Feditown, too late for coffee anyway. A cute bot sent a sweet message, a click, boost, and like, and the bot was gone. Lots of CWs walking the street today, blipping in and out of existence as if they were traveling through space and time. Better stay out of the uspol lane, it is, as always, quite crowded. A blobcat (or was it a neocat?) scuttles past my tired legs. I've been walking for a while, perhaps I should listen to the beckoning call of the dreaming void. I sit down at a nearby bench, and I lift up the little net-like pouch I've been carrying around since late June. I stare at the little shrimp inside of it. Fuck, I can't help but pet the little shrimp. You know what, this bench is as good a place as any. I lift my eyes from the shrimp and stare into the neon night, letting the dreaming take me.
