I keep seeing what we call 'tier zero' instances coming up on fediblock - the irredemable worst of the worst 'if you host an instance that isn't deliberately a trashpile, you should have these blocked at least' sites. If you're an instance admin, blocking these will save you the inevitable run-in where you find out that they are horrid - and if your instance has marginalised people on it, definitely block these.
