@DahliaRedux Well, the spaces I see on Mastodon, and the Fediverse in general, tend to be social spaces! Transmit-only mode is nom for like bots (to get cute cat pictures from reddit into one's feed), but less nom when it comes to people. Fun interactions with cool (potentially never seen before) individuals is the way to go :blobfox:
@stux I used to miss Twitter, but then I fell into the host-my-own-instance hole and I haven't looked back since! Which is great, because stuff like this is bloody awful 😠
and so I switch to an instance without edits, and the first thing I do is misspell finally. Should've at least misspelled it as finyaylly, for a good yay! 😅
